Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The Sants/Hostafrancs neighborhood is a great location close to the main train station of Barcelona. Our home is also about a 7 minute walk to Plaza España and close to the red, blue, and green metro lines, making it easy to access any part of the city. On the weekends, the main street next to our house (Carrer de Sants, the longest shopping street in Europe) closes to traffic and often has fairs and pop-up markets. There are tons of great restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, parks and playgrounds, and generally a wonderful family atmosphere.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We are steps away from cafes, bars, restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket open 7 days a week. Plaza España is a short walk away, as are several metro stations and the main train station, making it easy to access all parts of the city and surrounding regions for a beach or mountain day.
